We received the Empire Polka Dot Dress from AdoraBELLA’s Maria Bianca Nero collection. It retails for $211 and is made in the USA.
The dress is absolutely gorgeous and wrapped beautifully upon arrival. It even came with an AdoraBELLA hanger, such a nice touch.
The fabric is silk/lycra and the lining is polyester/rayon/spandex. On the outside, it exudes refined elegance and sophistication that sets it apart from your typical department store dress – definitely well worth the price tag. On the inside, it is comfortable and breathable, a dress you can wear all day and into the night. It's a compliment magnet as it is but pair it up with hoop earrings like these jet black large pavé hoops by Nadri and you'll be beyond fabulous.
The quality of the dress is impeccable and the fit is perfect. Speaking of fit, we did not order this item through the regular process since it’s a feature piece. We weren’t sure which size to specify for me, the reviewer, because there is no size chart on the site. We indicated to AdoraBELLA what size I normally wear and they took care of figuring out the equivalent. I am pleased to say that they sized me up correctly because the dress fits perfectly. As I write this, they are in the process of putting together size charts for several designers so that should be available on the site soon.
In the meantime, if you have any sizing or other questions, just contact their customer service department. I did, in cognito. I wanted to test out their customer service so I contacted them not once, but twice. Both times, they responded very quickly, within minutes as a matter of fact. Needless to say, I was very impressed.
Also, I searched for this dress on the net to see if I can find it anywhere else, but to no avail. When AdoraBELLA says, they carry hard-to-find items, they mean it. So if you’re looking for a good online boutique to shop at, with excellent personal customer service, fast and free shipping, and fabulous items to adorn your closet with, I recommend you give them a try. You'll be glad you did.
