BETTER THAN SEX?

Sarah Jessica Parker, hubby Matthew Broderick and little son James Wilkie were spotted strolling through Heathrow Airport in London on their way to Istanbul, Turkey, after a fun trip in Ireland. Forget Carmen San Diego- where in the world is SJP?? For her casual airport look, Parker paired a cardigan (check out Sydney Los Angeles' 3/4 Sleeve Cardigan in Vanilla Cream) with a tank (like Ella Moss' Daphne Tank in Caramel), a blue patterned scarf (Alchemy's Unicorn Scarf in Blue is similar) and vintage-wash denim (like Kasil Jeans' Mimi Straight Leg Jean in Pacific Destroyed). Add in the oversized shades and flip flops, and you've got an airport 'fit fit for a "Sex and the City" star! In other SJP news, it seems that Sarah dished to press recently about how she loves high heels more than she does sex. When asked if she preferred stilettos to a sensual seduction, she said, without pause, "Yes!" She went on to say, "I could run a marathon in heels and wake up the next day and run another one!" STAYING TOGETHER FOR JAMES

Despite rumors of alleged infidelity, "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted leaving a midtown Manhattan restaurant with her husband of 11 years, Matthew Broderick. Wearing a basic jeans-and-a-tee outfit, SJP and Matthew were bombarded by photogs as they left their dinner. For her outfit, start with a pretty blue tank (like P.G.D. Style's Fancy Tank in Bonnie Blue) and pair with greyish-blue skinnies (check out Joe's Jeans' Button Fly Chelsea Jean in Angelica) and metallic flip flops. Accessory wise, SJP chose a black pearl necklace (like Brian Nagourney Jewelry's Lariat Necklace in Black Pearl) and a tan leather bag (similar to Rough Roses' Jewel Satchel in Tan), along with a yellow cardigan that she held in one hand. While it has been rumored that Matthew cheated on Sarah with a twenty-something young woman, a source is telling Star Magazine that "Sarah and Matthew have been struggling for years. Now that news of Matthew’s cheating has broken, they have decided to make things work- especially for the sake of their son, James." the countdown to the movie begins!

Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted leaving her NYC hotel along with her "Sex and the City" co-stars Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon on May 3, as the ladies were in town for a promotional junket for their upcoming flick, Sex and the City. Not sure if you've heard of it or not, it's kind of a small film that's not getting much buzz. SJP opted for all black, starting with a chic black coat and pairing with zippered cropped denim (just like James Jeans' Alex Skinny Zip Crop Jean in Black), black leather ankle booties and an eye-catching gold pearl necklace (check out Kuo Ting Jewelry's similarly stunning Japanese Pearl Long Necklace in Gold). At the junket, Sarah Jessica told press that "we wanted to tell the story of who these women are now, and what it is to be a woman in your 40's and still have great love." Well put. Cynthia Nixon also chimed in, saying, "These women, the] are the ultimate female superheroes. It’s just that, instead of, you know, capes, they have bags and shoes." So true, so true. What do you think- will you be sippin' on your Cosmos and then lining up to see this flick? I know I will!

SJP's key diet tip: eat everything!

Sarah Jessica Parker attended the screening of her new flick Smart People hosted by the Cinema Society & Linda Wells at the Landmark Sunshine Theater in New York City on March 31 looking like the radiant fashion risk-taker that she is known to be. SJP started her outfit with a pair of shiny black skinny jeans (for those of you looking for a great pair of basic black skinnies, check out James Jeans' Tom 5 Pocket Jean in Black Twill) and paired with a dark blue silk tunic (similar to Ziji's Alice Tunic in Blue) under a hot pink cropped coat (Amberlynn's Cropped Swing Jacket in Canary is a fun version in a vibrant yellow hue). Sarah Jessica accessorized with metallic silver heels, a leopard clutch (like Julie K Handbags' Cosmo Leopard Bag) and a questionable feather slash fan pin? I'm not even going to try and wrap my mind around that one. Many gals have often wondered what SJP's diet secret is that keeps her in these super skinny jeans... and she has finally revealed what it is: she doesn't have one! People is reporting that Sarah says she eats anything and everything, and quoted her as saying, "I'm just an eater. If it's free, I honestly eat everything. Last night I had steak and some lamb shank. And I had some roasted chicken and some cassoulet and some profiteroles and some ice cream and some cheesecake." I love the part about how if it's free she'll eat it... classic. Wow this post just made me hungry.

Sarah looking "Smart" and Sharp

Sarah Jessica Parker, along with hubby Matthew Broderick, made her way throughout Park City, UT this past week to help celebrate her film in the Sundance Film Festival. Smart People was debuted this year at the festival starring Sarah alongside Dennis Quaid and Ellen Page. On Tuesday, January 22, Sarah attended the premiere with her cast looking lovely as always in her warm snow gear. Sarah began her chic rocker look with a pair of vintage biker boots over a pair of charcoal tapered jeans (check out Denim of Virtue's Patience 5 Pocket Tapered Jean in Dark Grey). On top, SJP decorated herself in white and black pearls over a low neck black cashmere top (just like Autumn Cashmere's U Neck Tunic Sweater in Black). Sarah Jessica then accessorized her look with a black leather handbag (check out Aaneta's The Wave Small in Café with Stress). Sarah has been making sure to keep herself busy lately with two huge debut films. While Smart People is debuting nationwide at the Sundance Film Festival, Sarah is currently working on finishing the filming of big-screen feature Sex and the City, playing everybody's favorite, Carrie Bradshaw. Alongside the original HBO cast, the film is expected to be one of this summer's biggest blockbusters. The trailer is already creating a stir and plenty of buzz for the upcoming feature, making it one of the most viewed videos currently on YouTube. After being known as the fashion forward friend on the "Sex and the City" television series, it will be interesting to see what new trends Carrie Bradshaw will debut this time around when the movie launches. Get the cosmos ready!

Watch out west coast!

Eternally stylish Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted in Beverly Hills on December 10, heading into the offices of New Line Cinema in a fashionable outfit that is classic SJP. Wearing a fitted black blazer (like LaROK's cropped version, the Rebecca Cropped Jacket in Black) with a vibrant indigo top, skinny black jeans (check out Deener's Charmer Skinny Corduroy in Black), a black leather bag and her favorite accessory of the season, her leopard print Louis Vuitton scarf, Sarah Jessica always remains a step ahead of the trends as she immediately became the envy of women everywhere with her to-die-for pair of blue suede peeptoe platform Christian Louboutins. Talk about outfit perfection! Rumor has it that SJP is in Los Angeles to film scenes for the hotly anticipated "Sex and the City" movie, and will be filming in Malibu along with the other three "Sex"-y girls. According to E! Online, "scenes will take place there, but parts of the ritzy beach community may also be stand-ins for Mexico's playground for the rich and famous, Cabo San Lucas. There's also talk they'll actually do some shooting in Cabo." Hmm... wonder what trouble the gals will be getting into in Cabo? I'm guessing that Samantha will be up to her usual tricks while Miranda takes Brady to the beach for the first time. Might Carrie and Big be honeymooning in this tropical locale? One can hope!
