Feminist hero Heidi Montag was spotted in another posed photo op, er, attending church in Woodland Hills with boyfriend Spencer Pratt and blogger Perez Hilton (random) on June 22. Looking pretty conservative, Heidi started her outfit with a classy camisole (like Yoana Baraschi's Hollywood Glamour Cami in Ivory) tucked into a skirt (Parameter's High Waist Mini Skirt in Black is similar to Heidi's, but comes in black). Accessory wise, Montag brought along her turquoise Balenciaga (I just realized this girl has a thing for turquoise bags- she has this one AND her Hermes Kelly bag in the same shade!), and wore a pair of gold chain sandals. The finishing touches were, of course, the big shades (check out Nour's Kiara Sunglasses in Manner Mania) and her big prayer book (oh, Lord). Heidi, Spencer and Perez in church together should be considered sacreligious. Speaking of sacreligious, UsWeekly.com released Heidi's new single, Fashion, today- and bad doesn't even begin to describe it. Basically, it is Heidi singing about designer brands, and at one point tries singing in French (and/or with some other awful accent). Give it up, HM- the singing thing is just NOT going to happen!

NO SPIN-OFF, FOR NOW

Now I know that Heidi Montag is annoying to about 99.9% of my readers out there, but I also know that a majority of you out there hate her, but still love to see what she wears on a day-to-day basis. That being said, here is Heidi at the Disney "A Time For Heroes" Benefit in LA on June 7, wearing an outfit that I know some of you will love and some of you will hate. Weigh in in the comments section! Sporting a grey tank (like LaROK's Chance Tank in Twill) tucked into super duper short white shorts (an alternative to Heidi's high-waisted shorts are Hudson Jeans' Hayden Signature Short in White), I have said it before and I'll say it again... Heidi has a killer body! The back of her thighs are pretty much the antithesis of Mischa Barton. The rest of the outfit was kind of a battle of the designers (pretty much what Heidi's known for... the girl has never been a fan of subtle), as she brought along that turquoise Kelly bag she's been lugging around everywhere, and slipped on a pair of Chanel sandals. She finished her look with a matching long silk scarf. Thoughts? While we know that Heidi and Spencer are not getting a "Hills" spin-off show anytime soon, we do know that other "Hills" costar, Whitney Port, is. Hmm... I wonder if Heidi's jealous?

AND THE OSCAR GOES TO...

Heidi Montag was spotted grabbing dinner on June 4 in LA at a little known restaurant where papaparazzi NEVER go to, a small place called Mr. Chow's, have you heard of it? Me neither. Ah well... for her quiet dinner Heidi decided to dress up a pair of dark skinny jeans (like Joe's Jeans' Cigarette Super Slim Jean in Kennedy) with a sultry black silk cami (check out Gold Hawk's similar Tribal Eyelet Camisole in Moonless Night) and a long black sweater (similar to Elizabeth Gillett Ltd's Brandi Sweater in Black). Heidi finished her woman-of-the-night look with a pair of black patent peeptoes and her new favorite turquoise Kelly bag. I love how even when going to dinner Heidi has to sex her outfit up just a little bit... that cami totally looks like lingerie but it works for her. Hot mess! While we all know that Heidi's face doesn't seem to be going away any time soon, Heidi seems to think that she will win an Academy Award in the future. No, I'm not joking. Heidi wants to have a music and acting career, and said in a statement, "We are trying to entertain in every aspect of our lives. I plan to win an Oscar. I’m very ambitious." There's a difference between being ambitious and being delusional!

HEIDI AND THE MYSTERIOUS HERMES

Feminist hero Heidi Montag was spotted with BF Spencer Pratt and Pete Wentz in LA on May 29, as Speidi showed up while Pete was filming his new show for MTV so that Spencer could interview him. Bizarre? Heidi sported a white tank (like Sydney Los Angeles' Sydney Tank in Dawn White) with a red patterned scarf, black skinnies (check out Hudson Jeans' New Stella Skinny Jean in Black) and yellow and red zebra stilettos. Bag wise Montag toted around a turquoise Kelly bag, and I have to say, is Heidi totally a member of BagBorrowOrSteal.com or what? Theres NO WAY she owns one (let alone more than one!) of these coveted bags- does the show pay her that much?! And plus I'm sure the reps from Hermes aren't too stoked that it's Heidi Montag being photographed carrying their bag. Just saying! I do like her look here though, I will give her that. Meanwhile, a new article in the Los Angeles Times hit the web about how former castmates of "The Hills," like Heidi's former co-worker Elodie, aren't happy with their portrayal on television. Wah, wah... we all know it's all in the editing!

No 'Hills' movie for Montag

From one Heidi to another, feminist hero Heidi Montag was spotted hawking her new clothing line, Heidiwood, at Kitson in West Hollywood yesterday, April 19, and I think it's 100% official that girl got herself a stylist because, although her outfit was a little too matchy-matchy, I think Heidi definitely worked it out. Wearing a flowy patterned Chloe chiffon dress (if you like Heidi's frock, check out similar offerings in Tricia Fix's Vanessa Mini Dress in Aqua Peacock Print and Plenty by Tracy Reese's Soft Strapless Dress in Seaside Floral) with a skinny belt (like Pellemelle's The Skinny Belt in Brown) and a leather bomber jacket, Heidi accessorized with her turquoise Balenciaga, white ceramic Chanel watch and an edgy pair of heels from Chloe's new collection. What do you think, do you like Heidi's look here (and keep in mind I am not asking if you like Heidi, but if you like her look!:). While there was some buzz circulating in Hollywood recently about whether or not there is going to be a "Hills" movie in the near future, Montag has clearly stated that if there is, she wants no part in it. Montag states, "I've never discussed a movie possibility for 'The Hills'... and I'm not sure if for my first movie I'd let Lauren Conrad narrate me, so I don't think that would be something I would do. If I was doing movies, I'd want it to be with Denzel Washington or something like that. If they were to make a 'Hills' movie, I wouldn't be in it. No, thank you." You hear that, Denzel? Heidi is saving herself for you!

well... she did it

Love her or hate her, Heidi Montag shows no signs of going away any time soon. Seen here at LAX on April 11 after the launch of her new line for Anchor Blue, Heidiwood, Heidi caused quite the paparazzi commotion as she prepared to board a flight with boo Spencer Pratt. Wearing a simple back romper (check out Guy Baxter's Ella Romper in Black or Holly's Alex Short Romper with Puff Sleeves in Black for similar options) with decorative sandals, a turquoise Balenciaga and aviators (like JeeVice Optics' The Crybaby II), Heidi actually does pull off good style when she tries. But then again- there's her "clothing line" that I mentioned before, cheesily titled Heidiwood. I put clothing line in quotes because I'm sure Heidi is as much of a fashion visionary as any of the great designers of our time. Nicolas Ghesquière, Marc Jacobs... Heidi Montag. See how natural that sounds! The huge shopping complex at Hollywood and Highland was transformed into a giant runway, and the name was changed to "Heidiwood and Highland" for the day (oh jeez). I took a look at some of the runway shots, and I don't see why this needed a runway show!! Heidi's pieces look like any random thing you could find at Forever 21, Wet Seal, or... Anchor Blue! Go figure. But hey, gotta give Heidi props on one thing- she sure is milking this 15 minutes for all it's worth and cashing in on as much as possible while she still can!

Heidi/Lauren's latest feud

Heidi Montag was spotted grabbing sushi at the just-opened Nobu in Los Angeles with boyfriend and puppet-master Spencer Pratt on March 13, and I have the feeling that Heidi is undergoing some sort of style metamorphosis. Gone are the days of boobalicious sequined mini-dresses... now it's all about dressing like a Beverly Hills housewife! Don't get me wrong, I think this look is MUCH better for Heidi- all of the outfits I've seen her in lately (gasp) I tend to like! If you are diggin' this one, start with a striped cardigan (like Cake Couture's Stripe Cardigan in Cream) and layer over a sky blue tank (like Wilen Los Angeles' Extra Long Tank in Seafoam). Tuck the tank into a sophisticated high-waist skirt (similar to Parameter's High Waist Mini Skirt in Black) and slip into a pair of black peeptoe heels (check out Matiko Footwear's Lisa Heel in Black). Lately, no Heidi Montag outfit is complete without a Chanel bag, but if you can't go around dropping a few thou on a purse, snag Linea Pelle's amazing Dylan Patchwork Speedy Bag in White. It seems like a day can't go by without a new Lauren Conrad slash Heidi Montag feud popping up, and today is no exception. With the launch of Heidi's new line, Heidiwood (oh geez), set to launch at Anchor Blue stores nationwide, it is obvious that there will be a fashion faceoff. First, though, can I just say, how did BOTH of these girls get their own clothing lines? "The Hills"? Le sigh. Montag of course went and opened her big mouth and made a statement about Lauren's collection, saying, "Lauren's line is not necessarily something I would wear. She's trying a high-fashion thing, but it's a little overpriced. Most people can't afford $200 for one dress. Mine is fun and flirty for the everyday woman.” Lauren went the high road and has yet to make a statement to a magazine about what she thinks of Heidiwood. Who's line do you think has more potential, Lauren or Heidi's?

Now a video game?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted hitting up the Chanel store in Beverly Hills on February 28, taking part in more completely posed "real life" moments while shopping. My favorite: Heidi posing with a Chanel ceramic watch while making a hopeful, smiling face at Spencer. Sheesh, when will these two give it a rest? On the up side, I will say that Heidi looked the most chic and sophisticated I think I've ever seen her look. In a button-down top (like Cake Couture's Shell Box Pleat Shirt in White) tucked into skinny black jeans (check out Serfontaine's Sandra D Jean in Black), Montag accessorized with a pair of round, brown shades (like Nour's Kiara Sunglasses in Manner Mania), silver hoop earrings (Michele Michel's Hammered Hoops in Silver) and vibrant blue Christian Louboutin heels. Don't hate me- but I like Heidi's look here! Not content to just pose for paparazzi and annoy millions, it seems that Heidi and Spencer are set to release their own video game. Yes, you heard me right, a video game. I can just hear the sound of no one buying it now! Spencer tells US Weekly, "You can definitely play as us or you can play against us. You can even torture me. There's going to be two versions: the adult version and the one for minors. Just be ready, that's all I have to say." I don't think civilization will ever be ready for this, Spencer.

Poor baby

Heidi Montag was spotted out shopping in West Hollywood last night, February 12, carrying along a metal X-Box briefcase with her while she traipsed around town. Wonder what's in Heidi's box of tricks? Wearing a casual outfit consisting of a metallic gold jacket (Walter's Trench Coat in Bronze is similar) over a cami (like Karen Zambos' Satin Cami in Opal) with super duper wide leg denim (check out Hudson Jeans' Deluxe Wide Leg Jean in Brilliant), Montag kept a smile on her face even though she is undoubtedly crying on the inside. Heidi spoke out to US Weekly (of course she did) about the overwhelmingly negative reaction to her do-it-yourself music video for "Higher", saying, "I just started sobbing uncontrollably. I cried myself to sleep that first night after my video came out. I just couldn’t understand why people I didn’t even know felt the need to be so cruel and hurtful toward me. I am just a 21-year-old from a small town in Colorado trying to follow her dreams." Boo-hoo! It seems that even though her song and vid were pretty much universally panned, somehow and by some miracle the song reached the #7 spot on iTunes Top 10. You know Spencer totally bought like 1,000,000 copies of the song. Wait, that would mean Spence has one million bucks just to spend on the song... oh nevermind!

Audrina's reaction to "higher"

Heidi Montag is clearly loving the attention from the paparazzi as she club-hops in Hollywood on Thursday, January 24. Going for a glitzy look in a sequined mini-dress (Betsey Johnson's Sequin Strip Dress in Pewter is similar) with a black leather jacket and black and white t-strap stilletos, Montag also donned a black Chanel bag for her evening out (Carla Mancini's Medium Top Zip Cross Stitched Bag in Black is an alternative). I have to say, I actually like Heidi's outfit here... it is of course flashy and screaming "look at me", but for some wacky reason, on Heidi it works. I have to wonder though, where is Spencer? Did he allow Heidi out of her cage for the night? While pretty much everyone has seen Heidi's debut video for her first single, "Higher", it seems that former friend Audrina Patridge is speaking out about the amateur vid. A source says, Audrina "saw the homemade music video and wasn't surprised that the couple would have made it. She said she never would have thought Heidi would ever be a singer, because since Audrina's known her she's never really talked about music or anything and all of a sudden she's putting out this CD and this video." It's called striking while the iron's hot, Audrina!

A natural beauty

The natural beauty otherwise known as Heidi Montag was photographed hamming it up on the red carpet of the grand opening of Stone Rose nightclub at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess on February 1, 2008, and it seems as though Heidi has definitely been practicing her posing in her bedroom mirror at home. I mean, that legs-crossed, over-the-shoulder, hand-on-the-hip pose is complicated! Wearing a low cut mini-dress that accentuated Ms. Montag's best assets (check out Tricia Fix's Kirsten Mini Dress in Purple or Karen Zambos' Short Satin Dress in Red for similar, flirty dresses in different colors) with metallic gold heels, I do have to say, I am loving Heidi's stick straight blowout and luscious new lips. However, a warning: Heidi needs to slow the plastic surgery train down or else she is going to end up in "Real Housewives of Orange County" territory! For real. Heidi's first official single, "Higher", is currently available to preview over at US Weekly's website, and will be available for download on iTunes on Tuesday. Try to be patient. I have to say, I secretly enjoyed Heidi's other released track, "Body Language", when it leaked on Ryan Seacrest's radio show back in August, but this new track of hers... I'm just not even going to comment. Go take a listen, and let me know what you think. Don't say I didn't warn you, there are some sounds you can never un-hear!

The fakest thing on "The Hills"? Not heidi

"The Hills'" resident villainess Heidi Montag was spotted getting her pamper on at a Los Angeles beauty salon on January 11, 2008, and even sported a pair of hot pink flip flops as she left the salon, with her nails freshly massaged and polished. Going for a casual look consisting of a white button down (for a button down with an edge, check out Cake Couture's Regent Shirt in White) with light wash, destroyed denim (for light wash jeans sans rips, take a look at True Religion's Billy Jean in Medium Baja) and her go-to black Chanel bag (Linea Pelle's Dylan Large Shoulder Bag in Black is another amazing black leather shoulder bag worth checking out), Heidi went for the classic, all-American look as she ran around town on Friday. While Heidi has caught major press for her recent plastic surgery (including her very often reported on nose job and breast implants, and more recently her totally Goldie Hawn in First Wives Club lips), it seems that the fakest thing on her hit "reality" (note the quotes) show is in fact not Heidi Montag. Montag has spoken out in this month's Maxim Magazine, saying that in fact "good girl" Lauren Conrad is playing a part for the cameras. Heidi says, Lauren's "changed. Some people go more Hollywood than others. We're from different backgrounds. She grew up in that spoiled Laguna world, and I grew up with humble beginnings. She's very controlling. She was crazy about how much time I spent with Spencer, and I had to see her every day. I've heard from other people that she's a big diva now." Uh-oh…diva alert! Heidi continues, the cameras are " not with us all the time, although I wish they were, because it would be a way crazier show. Let's see how Lauren would look then!". Hmm, what do you think? Does MTV make Lauren the favorite and Heidi the villain, or do you think Heidi is telling the truth?

Pucker up

Heidi Montag was spotted alongside boyfriend Spencer Pratt on Sunday, December 30 dining at Brentwood's sushi hot spot Katsuya. Also along for the ride is what it looks to be a brand new accessory for Heidi... lips! In her signature over labeled look, Montag made sure to do it yet again for the paparazzo this time around. Alongside her blatant Burberry scarf and logo heavy Chanel bag (just like the one Lauren received from Jason in the first season of "The Hills"), Montag decided to brighten the ensemble up a bit with a pair of electric blue and black suede boots. Heidi completed her look with a black textured dress (check out Yoana Baraschi's Opera Braided Dress in Black) over a pair of long black leggings (just like Laura Dahl's Longfellows Leggings in Noir). Whether or not the newly puckered up lips are some lip enhancing lip gloss or from a recent trip to the plastic surgeon, Heidi's lips still keep on moving. Heidi's set to be on the cover of the next issue of magazine Maxim spilling the news on the real Lauren Conrad. When being asked on if her and L.C. are really friends, Heidi replied: "She's changed. Some people go more Hollywood than others. We're from different backgrounds. She grew up in that spoiled Laguna world, and I grew up with humble beginnings. She's very controlling. She was crazy about how much time I spent with Spencer, and I had to see her every day. I've heard from other people that she's a big diva now." Uh oh! Will Lauren have some kind words to say back to Heidi in response to this recent attack? Team Heidi or Team Lauren, whose side are you on?

Heidi talks surgery

"Hills" star Heidi Montag was spotted running to the bank in Pacific Palisades, CA on December 12 (and without Spencer, I might add), and it was literally like a battle of the designer brands on the petite reality star. Between the Dolce & Gabanna sunglasses, Louis Vuitton wallet and Dior scarf, I think Heidi needs a lesson in "less is more"... or at least stick to the same designer in a single outfit! Also wearing a cherry print long sleeve tee (Woo's flowery Long Sleeve Crew Neck in Ivory is similar) with straight leg jeans (check out True Religions' Johnny Jean with New Hardware in Urban Cowboy) and chestnut Uggs, at least Heidi looks a little modest here (for her!). Heidi has spoken out recently to "Access Hollywood" about her very talked about plastic surgery, and is saying that she has absolutely no regrets. Heidi says, "It was really something that had been tormenting me and I was very insecure about it. I thought about it for several years and I waited until I had the finances and really thought about it and was old enough to really make a mature decision." Heidi, you're only 21! I understanding that this is something that she really wanted, but for some reason when I watch "The Hills" I don't really get an overwhelming sense of maturity from her... thoughts?

Fashion faux pas!

"The Hills" star that everyone loves to hate, Heidi Montag, showed up at Spike TV's 2007 Video Game Awards in Los Angeles on December 7, hitting the red carpet with poses she'd definitely been practicing in front of the mirror at home. Wearing an outfit that basically screams "LOOK AT ME!", Heidi chose a sparkly grey dress that emphasized her, ahem, newly acquired assets (if you love the sequin look, check out LaROK's Serengetic Tunic in Silver, or for a longer dress, Gold Hawk's Aofe Long Dress in Moonrock would do the trick) accessorized with black pumps and a black clutch (take your pick of Linea Pelle's Angie Clutch in Black or Antoinette Lee Designs' Lua Chain Clutch in Black Patent Leather). But then, Heidi committed what is probably the ultimate fashion faux-pas not only in Hollywood (in life!) by wearing the EXACT same dress to "The Hills" after party at Area on Monday. Photgraphed twice in the same dress? Ay yi yi! But then again, I wouldn't really expect anything else from Ms. Montag. In other Heidi news, it seems that Spencer "wants her back". Spence told Ryan Seacrest on air that he's "madly in love with Heidi and trying to win her back to marry her. I don't know where Heidi is, I know she needs her space, but I don't want to get back to my bachelor days. Heidi is the most perfect girl on the planet." Ok, I'm confused. I know in the finale Heidi was seen packing up to go home and came to the aftershow without her engagement ring (and without Spencer), but she came to the Video Game Awards with Spencer on December 7! How does he not know where she is if he just attended an event with her?? Oh "Hills", you never cease to confuse with your iffy reality!
