Gwen Stefani was spotted by photogs in Orange County, CA on June 7, dropping little Kingston off at her parents house so that she could attend a party in Bel Air with Gavin. Sporting a maxi ikat dress (similar to Tricia Fix's exotic Renta Long Velvet Dress in Sage), Gwen accessorized with black shades (check out JeeVice Optics' Red Hot Sunglasses in Black Smoke), strappy heels and a yellow bag (similar to E.D.E. Studio's Suede and Leather Tote in Mustard). Leave it to Gwen to bring it even when she looks like she is about to pop! While Gwen sure glows when she is pregnant, her hubby, Gavin Rossdale, is speaking out about how pregnancy can be tough for the No Doubt songstress. He says, "It was difficult at first. Gwen really wasn't well and it was tough for her. She was just really tired and was suffering, which is kind of sad in a way. I mean, isn't it enough that nature distorts your body and stretches and squashes your organs?" However, Gavin insists Gwen is now coping much better since she has reached her third trimester. She is really blossoming now and she's in a great space. I'm just trying to be right there for her and trying to help her through it. It's not easy to be pregnant." You can say that again!

baby names are the topic du jour

A very pregnant Gwen Stefani was spotted arriving with hubby Gavin Rossdale to galpal Victoria Beckham's 34th birthday celebration at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica, Ca. Wearing a voluminous long patterned dress (Tricia Fix's Eleni Long Dress in Camel and Black is similar) with a funky cuff (I'm loving Robyn Rhodes' unique Vicki Cuff in Gold), Gwen finished off her nighttime look with a stylish black clutch (check out the added exotic texturing of Julie K Handbags' Jessica Fold Over Clutch in Night Exotic). Due to the fact that Gwen seems pretty much ready to pop at any second now, it is only logical that the couple has discussed names for the new arrival. And not just any run-of-the-mill baby name, it has to be just as original as their first born, Kingston James. Gwen's husband Gavin says, "There are some names floating around the house. We don't want anything too crazy, but compared to a name like Kingston, there's so much pressure on the poor guy or poor girl. Kingston set a pretty intense standard." How about if it's a girl... Queenston!

Gwen's songwriting problemos

Gwen Stefani was spotted on March 27 chasing after her adorable tot Kingston while visiting her mother in LA, and Gwen seems to have taken a liking to the superhot hair trend du jour: stylish braids. She looks like a hot milkmaid! Dressed in a colorfully vibrant and breezy dress (Lotta Stensson's Flowy Dress with Embroidery in Margarita is also a festive frock, and comes in a variety of 5 candy colors) with flip flops, Gwen's jewelry was minimal yet still funky (check out Femme Metale's Rectangle Ring in Silver and Accessories & Beyond's Suede Chocolate Bracelet with Charms). Ever since announcing that they are preparing for baby numero dos, Gwen has said that she loves certain things like choosing a name for the baby, but isn't too thrilled with other aspects of her pregnancy. As you may or may not know, Gwen is planning to reunite with her No Doubt bandmembers for a new album, but says, "It's great to be back together, but songwriting's a bit slow on my part- it may have something to do with the baby." While her songwriting may be a bit off, it's definitely worth it if she can produce a healthy child!

Gwen inspires leighton

Gwen Stefani was spotted Saturday, February 23 in Beverly Hills with son Kingston. Very pregnant, Stefani kept comfortable with a relaxed and loose look. Stefani hid her baby bump in oversized cotton gray tunic (similar to Woo's Mira Pullover Tunic in Heather Grey) underneath a long red plaid jacket, keeping her warm and dry on the rainy weekend in Los Angeles. On the bottom, Stefani continued her casual look with a pair of boot cut denim jeans (just like James Jeans' 5 Pocket Slim Bootcut Jean in Graphite) and a pair of tennis shoes. Stefani accessorized her look with a houndstooth news boy cap (just like Rails' Newsboy Cap in Black) and silver charm necklace (check out Femme Metale Jewelry's True Love Necklace in Silver). Stefani made a stop at her parent's house in Beverly Hills that day to allow Kingston some time to spend time with Grandpa and Grandma Stefani. Following in Gwen's footsteps, it appears that "Gossip Girls'" star Leighton Meester is looking towards Gwen for inspiration. When asked about her upcoming album (which, by the way, who knew Leighton was a singer??), Leighton revealed, "Some of them I just talk, I do a little–not rapping–but talking, sort of spoken word. It's a little Fergie, a little like Gwen Stefani and M.I.A." I wonder what Stefani will think of this comparison? Will Leighton have what it takes to match the success of pop stars Gwen Stefani and Fergie, or will she follow go the Lohan/Hilton route and wish she would have stuck to her day job? I guess only time will tell.

A Winter Wonderland

Gwen Stefani was seen walking around London on Saturday, January 5 with husband Gavin Rossdale and son Kingston Rossdale. Like always, Gwen made sure to keep up with her contemporary chic look and appeal. Beginning her of black and white, Gwen wore a pair of leather biker boots over a pair of black leggings (check out Laura Dahl's Longfellows Leggings in Noir). On top, Gwen continued the black ensemble with a cable knit black turtleneck sweater (look at Ecoganik's Jersey Turtleneck Tunick in Black) under a black and white houndstooth coat, making sure to keep herself warm in the cold London weather. Stefani finished her contemporary chic look with a satin black skirt. Gwen accessorized her look with a pair of contemporary black sunglasses (check out JeeVive Optics Dyslexic Sunglasses in Black) and a baby bag full of all of Kingston's essentials. If you were one of the lucky ones in London's Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park today, you were one of the fortunate ones to see one of the countries most sought after couples. After spending family time together during the Holidays and New Years Eve, the Rossdale family decided to continue the bonding through into 2008. How cute is this threesome?

Gwen admits to feeling gross

Gwen Stefani was seen strolling down the streets of Stockholm, Sweden on October 11 with arguably one of the hippest kids in Hollywood, her tiny tot Kingston, in tow. While mama Stefani styled in black skinny jeans (like Hudson Jeans' Stella Skinny Poplin New Jean in Black) with a black leather jacket, black flats (similar to Matiko Footwear's Verne Flat in Black), a zebra print scarf and oversized aviators, little King was also ridin' in style in his metallic Ziko Gold Stroller by Mamas and Papas, which only set Gwen back $860 big ones. Only 10 of this extremely rare stroller have ever been made, but Gwen was of course one of the first to get her hands on this totally luxe baby item. While Gwen is constantly speaking out now about how amazing giving birth was and how cool she thinks her son is, there was a time that Gwen was not so open about letting the public know that she was even expecting, although it was oh-so-obvious after a while (hear that, Jennifer Lopez and Christina Aguilera?). During her world tour last year, Gwen was still attempting to not-so-successfully cover that baby bump of hers, struggling to hide her ever-expanding belly during up to 9 costume changes. Now, the Hollaback Girl is saying that covering up her pregnancy while on tour was "terrible. I was bloated and just felt so gross." You've gotta love that she's keeping it real! Gwen is currently in Sweden for her Sweet Escape tour, and is seen here taking Kingston on a walking tour of the Nordic country. Good old Gwen- she won't be caught dead without her signature red lipstick!

Gwen's now complete

Spotted arriving at LAX with hubby Gavin Rossdale and adorable tot Kingston, Gwen Stefani definitely wore a head-turning outfit while strolling through the 'port. To make Gwen's eccentric-pants/black and white look a little more wearable (because, let's face it, Gwen pulls off looks that many of us simply can't!), start with a pair of dark blue, almost black skinny jeans, like Joes Jeans' Chelsea Jean in Reed, and wear a white button-up (like Raw 7's edgy Button Down Blouse in White with Razor Skull) under a black v-neck sweater (Raw 7's Sweet Absurdity Boyfriend V-Neck Sweater in Black is where you can add a pattern to substitute for Gwen's wild and crazy pants) and throw on some mega-shades and gold bangles and you're all set. Besides taking fashion risks on an everyday basis, Gwen has been speaking out recently on what motherhood has meant to her. Gwen said openly that "Motherhood isn't quite what I thought it was going to be. I thought it would change me as a person, but I still feel like my old self. I haven't changed. I still talk the same. I still act the same. Creatively, I feel exactly the same. The only difference is that life is now much better. I now have this mind-blowing little guy who is the reward for a lot of hard work. After having Kingston, I felt complete." I don't know why, but I have the feeling that this is one family that will definitely make it work. Gwen and Gavin seen so happy together, and that little King is a spunky wild-child... and now with the smashing launch of Gwen's new L.A.M.B. collection, it seems like things couldn't get any better. Work it out, Gwen!

Gwen's so proud of her baby

And no I don't mean Kingston (although I'm sure she's always proud of him too!)… the baby I'm talking about it her L.A.M.B. fashion line. Gwen was seen toting her adorable little King around New York on September 6, looking chic and sophisticated as always. Wearing black trouser pants (Gwen would die for these Walter Twill Highwaist Pants in Black) with a black tank (dress the outfit up a little with Hope & Glorie's Ruffle Tank in Black), Gwen really had fun with her accessories (including black Ksubi sunglasses, yellow flip flops, a bunch of funky black and white bangles, and even a blue camouflage blanket for Kingtson!) and her trademark red lips and nails. Gwen was obviously in the Big Apple for Fashion Week, more specifically for the debut of her line L.A.M.B.'s Spring/Summer '08 runway show. The whole event was a very emotional experience for Gwen, as a source told the New York Daily News that "before Gwen went out on stage at her L.A.M.B. fashion show, she was sobbing uncontrollably backstage. When asked what was wrong, she just said she was so overwhelmed. She talked about how she used to sew with her mother, and now that she has a baby, fashion is what matters to her." Oh baby! I saw the photos from the L.A.M.B. show, and I have to say- I love them! Gwen has said that she designs clothes that she would want to wear, and I definitely think lots of others would love to wear what Gwen designs as well. With funky patterns, flattering fits and Gwen's eclectic edge- who wouldn't?
