Blake Lively was spotted trying to hail a cab in NYC on Memorial Day, May 26, and is finally going public with her romance with "GG" co-star Penn Badgley. The two were spotted holding hands as they strolled down the street! Ok, now everyone collectively say "Awwwww!" Accessory wise, Blake toted around a ruched bag (as well as an iced beverage) and slipped her tootsies into slouchy brown flat boots. Maybe it's just me but I'm not feeling those boots with that dress, thoughts? While Blake and Penn are posed to be Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody 2.0, I hope that their relationship will not be affected by their work, because it is tricky working with someone you are romantic with. I do hope that they work out though, but it is tricky... I'm just saying!
