Ashlee Simpson was spotted in New York on December 17 with boyfriend Pete Wentz, grabbing dinner prior to a night out at Pete's club, Angels & Kings. Rocking her trademark favorite shade (obviously black), Ash picked a stylish ensemble which I think is totally working for her. Wearing a black coat (check out Ecoganik's warm and stylish Fleece Wide Collar Coat in Black) with skinny black jeans (like Denim of Virtue's super skinny Patience 5 Pocket Tapered Jean in Black), Ashlee accessorized with a black clutch, black nails and edgy black ankle boots (similar to Matiko Footwear's Portia Boot in Black Leather). While the internet has been ablaze recently with rumors that Ashlee and Pete are now engaged, it seems that there was no truth to the rumor as the two have spoken out about what's really going on. Even though Ash has been wearing a mysterious ring on her wedding finger, her rep tells People Magazine "she is not engaged." Then why is A.Simp wearing a ring on her wedding finger?? They're probably just messing with the paparazzi; it's not like that hasn't happened before!
