Jessica Alba was seen doing some shopping in Beverly Hills on November 13, in a super classic outfit (who am I kidding, the only kinds of outfits Alba wears are super classic!). Clad in a casual black dress (like Lotta Stensson's Lace Love Dress in Black or Cake Couture's Bloom Summer Dress in Black) with brown shades (check out Nour's Kiara Sunglasses in Manner Mania) and gold necklaces (for a similar pendant style, take a look at Rachel Leigh's Hammered Circular Pendant in Gold), Jessica appeared to be in an extremely good mood on her shopping excursion. While many actors have been affected by the writer's strike, it seems that Jess is making plans not be one of the actor's out of work! Allegedly, Jessica is in talks to star in David Mamet's Speed-The-Plow, a role in which Madonna debuted in 1998. On Regis and Kelly, Alba recently said, ""I have been asked. It's perfect timing because of the strike. There might be an actor's strike in June. So if they don't resolve, I can do theatre." Would you go see Jess in her live acting debut?
