Reese Witherspoon was seen leaving AOC Restaurant on September 28 clad all in black, perhaps to avoid getting the paparazzis' attention? Silly Reese, don't you know that they will always be snapping away for you? Wearing black J Brand jeans (like the 14 Inch Cigarette Jean in Black) with a black blazer, a black v-neck sweater (like Woo's Bella Top in Black) over a black tank (similar to Laura Dahl's Camisole in Noir) and a black leather clutch (Antoinette Lee Designs' Lua Python Embossed Clutch in Midnight is similar), Reese totally has her basic yet sleek look down cold. While everyone is buzzing about Britney's latest woes, it seems that even Reese is affecting Brit lately! Allegedly, Britney has been calling hotels to find out what press junkets are going on that day, which guarantees that there will be photogs present outside of the hotel. When Brit-Brit heard that there was a press junket being held at the Four Seasons hotel for Reese's newest flick, Rendition, from a hotel staffer, she made sure to arrive at the hotel in hopes of being snapped. Unbeknownst to Brit, the junket was switched from the Four Seasons to the Beverly Wilshire, so, sources say, "Britney walked in the front door and immediately turned on her heel, walked out and got back in her car and took off in a huff." Talk about a love/hate relationship with the paps! Regarding the status of the Reese/Jake relationship, the same source says that "while there certainly was a 'thing' there, it seems like both of them have decided just to be friends... and leave it at that, and move on." I still don't know if I believe that they were ever dating... they were like NEVER seen together! That either means they were very sneaky, or it was all a publicity stunt! What do you think?
