Jessica Alba was in New York on September 18 for the taping of MTV's TRL, and looked sultry and confident as she strutted her stuff into the studio. Wearing a funky cropped leather jacket (check out Walter's Pebbled Patent Jacket in Black) over a white cami (like Laura Dahl's Camisole in Winter White) with a gold pendant (similar to Jessica Elliot's 3 Faces Track Medal in Vermeil), Christian Louboutins and a pair of dark wide-leg jeans (like Serfontaine's Sabrina Pant in Rinse), Jessica looked trendy but not like she was trying too hard. It seems that Jess also does her share of good deeds, as she (and Good Luck Chuck co-star Dane Cook) raised over $260,000 for Variety of Eastern Tennessee, a charity benefiting children with disabilities. Fans of the actors dished out $75 for a screening of the duos new comedy and see them in person in Knoxville, Tennessee, to which all proceeds benefited the good cause. The town appreciated this so much that the Mayor Bill Haslam even named Tuesday "Jessica Alba and Dane Cook Day." There's nothing I love more than celebrities doing charity work… oh wait there is but I love this too!
