As Hilary Duff left her hotel in Winnipeg, Canada on July 29, she waved at fans and photographers who were there to give Hil a warm welcome to their country. Wearing jean cut-off shorts (True Religion's cuffed Jessica Shorts in Urban Cowboy are similar) with a white tank (like Laura Dahl's Waikiki Top), gold hoops, Marc Jacobs aviators and oodles of bangles (Christie Martin Jewelry's Love Bangle in Sterling Silver is a good start), Hilary looked ready to go rehearse for her Dignity Tour which kicked off in Canada on July 28. Hilary describes her new tour as "a total dance tour. I’m only doing one slow song. It’s very high-energy.” Hilary wanted to start this new tour in Canada because of how well-received she has been there in the past. Hil goes on to say, "I love Canada. I feel like people there really, really support me, and I appreciate it so much. I don’t think I’ve toured any other place as much as I have in Canada.” I have to say, I admire Hilary, kind of in the same way I admire the Olsen twins or Rachel Bilson. She is smart, savvy and, although she does like to hit up Hollywood clubs every now and again, doesn't seem like she is headed down the "DUI slash rehab" path. At least I hope not!
